sfg
If I want to create a new player and I want to make him a prodigy, so I set his CA to say 175 to start, but also want to give him -10 P.A, does giving him a starting point of 175 guarantee that his P.A generated will be above 175? i.e does setting his C.A higher than the lower limit of -10 mean that the range of P.A values that can be given to him by the -10 random generator will only contain those numbers equal to or higher than his C.A starting point? So again, and more extreme if his CA was 190, would PA be guaranteed to be equal of higher than 190, so guaranteed to be only between 190 and 200? I know that normally PA cant be lower than CA, but does this still hold when creating a player in the editor?
AB-forever
Yes a player can never have a PA lower than his CA no matter what the circumstances.
