flere-imsaho
I'm not talking about "youth-only" training schedules, which you obviously can't put players on once they sign a professional contract. I'm responding to the notion that younger players need / should have a higher amount of physical training in their regimen. If that's the case, it seems like making a separate set of "youth" schedules, even for those on a professional contract, would make sense. However, at what age does physical development slow down, at which point one should switch them over to more "normal" schedules to advance their mental & technical attributes? 21? 24? Thanks in advance.
dribbler
I don't know exactly what age is best but I'd say cut down on physical training when you're happy with their physical attributes...so it'll vary for each player
