Steve Cobble
Right, on FM09 i always kept one tactic and it seemed to be quite successful. With the assistant manager telling me to change my tactics to match the other team will this not make things worse as the players dont get consistency? ?!? Deisler26
I usually keep one tactic, and have done since 01/02 But this is the first release where you HAVE to have a back-up formation or two, simply as the roles are more clearly defined now so instead of a slider covering something that wouldn't usually be in that player's role, the new tactics simply use that player as his role and nothing else. Try slight changes.

I'm Hyde btw! Happens me all the time when i'm up against the big teams. Go 2-0 up against Man Utd. They always come back and win 3-2. No matter how hard i try to defend.
