The Physio Report.. Useful or Useless?

5 posts in this topic

I've played this amazing game since it was first released as Championship Manager, yet i have still to find a use for the physio report!

what is it for? if a player gets injured for 3 weeks due to a Twisted knee, the physio report just repeats the same message! if you request a report on a currently fit player it just tells you that there are no concerns over that player.

Right now i have a lad in my Fisher Athletic squad who gets injured in every other game he features in, and most of the time he injures his knee. so im thinking he might have a reacurring knee injury. so i once again test the physio report, and all it says is what i listed above.

so my question is.. Is the physio report a useless tool?

also, how can we see if i player has a reaccurring injury problem?

It was useful in CM01/02, the physio could tell you your player had a recurring injury, and you could send him away for surgery. But otherwise, I've never seen any use for it..

I remember the physio report telling me that a player was injury prone in a previous game, although I'm not sure if it's in FM09.

I've had this as well in a previous FM. I think I also had one who had a persistent problem and was given the option to send him to a specialist.
