  1. I’d go training facilities. I won Vanarama National with St. Albans on part-time and you automatically go full time once in EFL.
  2. I started as St Albans City in the National League South. I’ve seen a number of players through my youth intakes develop between 2 and 6 points in a number of attributes. Being able to check all time progress of their attributes makes it easy to check. The players that I’ve played in the first team do develop a bit faster but even the ones in U18 and U21 squads make progress and that’s with my youth facilities having been stuck on adequate for a few seasons.
  3. I kept a number on part time contracts and it didn’t seem to make much difference as I still managed to win League 2 with a mix of full time and part time contracted players and staff.
  4. By way of an update, I managed to get the board to accept to increase the youth level and this seems to have initiated an upgrade to the youth facilities. I will keep an eye on if I’m able to upgrade the facilities further once this is complete.
  5. I'm managing St Albans City and after initially being able to upgrade youth training facilities, the request no longer appears in the board request options, despite only being Adequate standard. I still get the training facilities option, youth level and youth recruitment options. The board has changed but still no option for the upgrade. Save game uploaded so this can be investigated.
