Yes, good noticing. Signing Scottish players from local leagues is a part of my transfer strategy, same as developing own talents and also returning Scottish to the homeland from abroad. May be one day I wouldn`t be too lazy and write post about the whole approach to recruitment and youth development but..not for now, as It will took a lot of time for me cause my English is pretty average tbh
