On one hand, in the situation of Wales with 137 locations in total making them all available doesn't sound unreasonable, but contrast that with say Italy which has over 10,000 locations in the database it means there are very different situations for different nations. 

@Michael Sant I appreciate your efforts in providing the explanation.

As FM is a game that prides itself on detail and immersion, I find reducing the places of potential birthplaces for newgens to be an appropriate step.

However, I don't think this should be reduced for adding managers to the game. Even if a hospital may now be closed, that place is still a significant birthplace for many people in the region. It would feel wrong to select an alternative birthplace, especially when I have been able to use the real birthplace in FM for years previously.

In relation to St.Asaph, the replacement major hospital is nearby in a town called: Bodelwyddan. This is outside of Rhyl, but this town does not feature as a possible birthplace either. Therefore, Bodelwyddan should certainly be added.

Can more options please be added for newly created managers only? Could we just include the 137 locations for Wales as it is a limited list, if it won't affect newgen players?

As a last resort, can a certain place be amended in the editor to allow it to be a birthplace, so it can be used when creating a manager?

Harry Maguire should have the player trait: 'Argues with Officials'.

He was relentless when United captain and has continued it now even without the captaincy.

Update following 24.2 patch:

This issue is STILL not fixed! An A-Z has been added, but just categorizes the very limited places in Wales that you already had, into those letter categories!

According to FM, there are only 45 villages/towns/cities in Wales? This was never an issue in previous FMs. You have clearly lost your original list of Welsh places. Do you really think there are just 7 places in Wales that start with the letter 'L'?

For instance, St.Asaph in north Wales is a city (albeit small) with a major hospital and one of the most common birth places in the region. It used to be detailed in the game and now it is absent.

Please correct this issue properly as it stops many Welsh players from starting a save when these details are incorrect.

Has Oliver Skipp's ability/potential been raised as an issue.

Barely played for Spurs in 2022 due to injury and purely losing his place. At 22yo, I think we would know if he was going to turn out as a top PL player by now.

Often seems to end up being bought by top clubs which seems unlikely.

I'm also experiencing significantly slow performance of FM23 since release of the full game. The loading of the game itself, the animations and moving between screens is so much slower than the Beta.

@Nick OGS20 Another start in the Europa League and scored the winning goal. Further starts ahead of Sancho/Elanga are inevitable.

I'm sure an upgrade will be warranted in the next updte if he keeps getting game time, but why not amend some of his stats now, simply to make Garnacho a useful squad player from the start of the season?

Having such a variable PA and a disappointing CA (despite the increase) limit him to the reserves for the first season at best. Evidently this isn't realistic.

I think he will still be eligible for Spain as he's only been capped at U20 level, despite being called up to the main squad.

However, I think these call-ups to Argentina and displaying their national flag is pretty much a declaration of choosing to play for them, rather than Spain.

He may only just be making first-team appearances this season, but he has been named on the bench most games and did make a couple of appearances in 21/22.

I believe he has promising potential in-game which may develop.

However, considering he's has been in the first team squad all season and showed an impressive performance starting in the Europa League last night, I think he should have higher current ability so he can actually be playable in the first season.

I think there is absolute zero plans for Ronaldo to enter management. Sure he'll just retire and walk away from the game.

De Gea is classed as a fringe player, where as he is the undisputed number one.

Please note that this issue is still occuring on the latest patch 22.2.0.

I am playing in windowed mode if that helps. Once, I click to a different screen and come back to the home screen, the teams in the relegation zone do return, but this issue will constantly return.
