Great information thank you. Yes nation is Spain so a big one. This is really tucked away under the reports tab, it's not player performance or stats but the form one! Thank you I'd have never found this. A fully playable league is obviously preferred but this shows that there are matches going on which will change how I do things.

This is slightly off topic so apologies! I'm sure I've read in here somewhere that it's reputation that determines the likelihood of teams being promoted from non-playable divisions? Sorry but I thought that you guys would know a bit about this kind of thing! One of my reserve teams/ affiliates is in the league below playable. I'm naturally concerned about the players only playing friendlies and not real competitions. Will the game still simulate fixtures under the hood or am I better off taking these players out of the reserve team? Will they be more likely to be promoted if there are decent players in this squad?

I'm just trying to catch up on everyone's fabulous saves before I dive in with one of my own. Bilbao are an amazing team full of heritage and a real beacon for identity. Scouting and transfers have never really been a focus for me in FM so a youth only save (or close to) seems right up my street. This is a great thread for a great club.
