Same issue here and its driving me nuts. Worked for so long to get this team promoted so I could have more youth players, but now I can't even train them properly because of this bug.

Hello I have run into this issue now after 3 years of hard work to get promoted to League 1 and now I cannot edit tactics like the above issue. Appears to be an identical issue.
