Im still having big issues getting teams to start in the correct division at Level 10 at the start of the game. I remember having this issue before with a previous lower league database i did on a past FM but cant remember what i did to solve it.

I have got a little problem with teams going into wrong leagues at the start of the game. It is only happening in Level 10 Leagues though. I think i can fix it but it will take a bit of time. Every team as at least 1 regional league set at level 10, some have more though if they are close to boundaries. I may have to remove the ones they should not be in at Level 10 for them to start in the correct league at the start of the game and may also have to remove certain league boundaries for it to work proper. For example there is a team called Holland who are from Clacton-on-Sea and play in the Eastern Counties League Division 1 North and they are further south than 4 teams who play in the Eastern Counties League Division 1 South. There is another team who play in the Hellenic League who would be best suited for the Western League due to how far south they are. Its because every team in my database has all regional divisions set the game is adjusting and putting them in the best suited league.

It goes far beyond of just adding the extra leagues Extra cup added in the full Level 10 version when it is released their will be transfer windows for the lower levels, Loan rules, stadium requirements, awards, prize money etc etc

What do you mean?

I guess it will be down to the player then how he uses it. Save money by not having a package, or spend money by having a package.

Yes i have had a look around too and cant see anything in there for changing scouting budget.

The problem is there is no option to change scouting budget that i know of, only a option to change scouting package which for a high percentage of clubs from premier league down to the lower levels is not set anyway.

I cant alter the scouting budget, it defaults to 95K. Scouting packages have been altered though. It will not be possible to release another Level 8 because i have 2 differnt files, 1 for Level 8 & 1 for Level 10. The transfer window cant be altered until i get into advanced rules (tommorow)

I think about 7-10 days if all goes well with testing. I think i will be on advanced rules tomorrow.

I dont why a couple of you are experiencing this. Have you had a look at your budgets?

Yes i have already said once i go into advanced rules a little bit further up the page i will be adding the transfer windows & loans in beyond Level 6

It must be something with how you have your game setup. Level 9 is not even activated. Are you sure you are not using a differnt file to this one?
