In my 8th season with abertillery bluebirds, 3 premier titles and the club turned professional as soon as I won the league tns have got a chance now. 20 million in the bank can offer wages max 9k a week just need to keep getting to champions league playoff game to make sure I get 8 million minimum to keep being able to pay wages.

I've got a game going with abertillery bluebird in my 8th season 3 back to back league titles a couple of cups, made it to the champions League group stages last season.........didn't win a game but we were there🤣🤣. On the 30th of June once players have been released give a trial to every released premier league player under 20 years of age just go to each teams transfer you will find a few gems that's my tactic. At the start of the season play friendlies against top 6 premier league under 21s that will give you about 50-60k profit.

Currently managing abertillery bluebirds got promoted first season to Welsh premier and currently sit 4th just outside European places after 14 games, I don't tend to scout players, at end of every season I offer trials to all released players from premier League teams under the age of 20 and then lety coaches say which ones are worth signing. I do this for every league down to league 1.
