Big issue I see with training is so many players are being retrained in numerous positions. Both other teams and when I leave it with my assistant manager. Almost every player one season in has random positions added. Why would Saliba be retrained as a right back? he’s one of the best in the world at being a CB. I have 100 examples of this just 1 season in. This hurts immersion. Imagine Partey retrained as a right winger.
