Yeah if you scroll down there are a few other posts like this one. Apparently they will release a fix, I'm waiting and on the same boat as you. -

Happened to me as well, added a new league mid-season and everything was fine until I quit the game and tried to play again this morning. Now I got the save game could not be loaded message as well...
