Sorry I've changed it, somehow had that info on my pc saved but I've got the right one up now

Can anyone offer me some advise? I can't seem to get the game to load as it comes up saying not compatible. This is my pc details.... Should it work? If so do i need to change settings? I'm still getting the exact same issue even after updates. Any other advice to try?

Im the same, been trying everything since I got the game and still wont load, starts to then instantly stops virtually. Getting fed up trying now, never had an issue before with any other version.
