Hello everyone! I am currently playing a lower league save in Germany and I am using a 4-3-1-2. The problem I have is that I can't seem to get the roles/instructions right for this years version of the game. My team can't create as much or score goals. So far, most wins are coming from late goals. I am not sure if its because of the counter press or the lower tempo. Regarding the player instructions, I am trying to get the AM to play more like Sneijder from back in the day.

I currently am managing a 5th Division German so I don't have a Libero who can dribble more right now but that seems like a good idea for the future! Right now I am just telling him to dribble less and take easier passes to try and keep possession.

Alright I will shift to a Libero on defend.

Thank you! Seems I got the back 4 right along with a DM in midfield! Got some tweaking to do on the front line though!

This is currently what I am doing but I am not sure about the roles. I have put Take More Risks on the Libero in the 4-3-3. For the Volante in the 4-2-3-1, I added Take More Risks and Dribble more to try and get him to slide in next to the AM. Is there anything I am missing so far?
