Time Travelling Transfer - Joining date 01/01/1900

Not quite sure how this transfer bid has come around, but Adalberto Penaranda managed to agree to join Philadelphia Union on the 01/01/1900 (screenshots attached). This transfer was agreed from Boavista in June 2024, my save is now in 2030 and Penaranda is still at Boavista with an expired contract and an agreed transfer to Philadelphia Union. This makes him unable to sign for anyone else either. This is on the same save I have previously uploaded for a demoted player bug - Portugal Adventure 2. Time Traveller.docx -
Was this ever resolved as it seems to be a recurring problem with code of conduct?

I have now also tried loaning the player out, which is possible, however once the loan ends they go back to the trialist team 1 and not the first team -

New test - Letting Costa go when the trialists finish and then offer a new contract (to avoid the multi Costa bug) Not possible, player will refuse to negotiate new contract having been released by club -
So my player was Paulo Costa - i tried to get my demoted player back by doing the below; Got the board to agree to a trialist day, which included Paulo Costa in trialist team 1, once the trialist game was played he got released as a free agent (test 1) (test one he wouldn't agree a new contract with me and was lost) I quit (without saving), reloaded and re ran the steps above - this time offering him a contract before the trialist game, this resulted in him being released again, but whilst considering an offer, which he eventually accepted. This resulted in Costa being back in my first team..... but as a Free Agent with no contract. I offered Costa another contract - which he accepted.... this led to me having 2 Paulo Costa's in my first team - both as free agents. I offered Paulo a contract again... now i have 3 Free Agent Costas - screenshots attached double costa.docx

I've had a player automatically demoted due to breach of code of conduct - however now they seem stuck in Trialist with no way to restore them to the first team. I had this issue in FM2022 and FM2023 - is there a fix available?

Was there a fix for this? I had it happen in FM22 and now again in FM23 so some help would be really welcome
