Not quite sure how this transfer bid has come around, but Adalberto Penaranda managed to agree to join Philadelphia Union on the 01/01/1900 (screenshots attached).
This transfer was agreed from Boavista in June 2024, my save is now in 2030 and Penaranda is still at Boavista with an expired contract and an agreed transfer to Philadelphia Union. This makes him unable to sign for anyone else either.
This is on the same save I have previously uploaded for a demoted player bug - Portugal Adventure 2.
