  1. I would also find useful to edit the formation a coach uses as it would help when assigning one in charge of the Reserve team. I usually have to hire a new one if the formation is not working that well or in some other cases which need a change on it.

  3. Hi community! I've noticed that most of my players state that "Needs improved specialist coaching". However, I have gold-badge coaches on Defensive, Attacking, Fitness, and Goalkeeping. How can I try to solve this coaching issue?

In addition to the previous comments in here, whenever my strikers are not scoring enough to win or to feel comfortable, I would check if they are tired at some point (they will need to rest) or otherwise I would check the midfielders as they should be assisting the strikers. My point is that it is a team, and everyone needs to be nicely performing.

  8. Regarding your original question/message, the game does show the ref. personality in the pre-match slides. Now if Mark can share the ref. personalities we can find, it can be helpful.
  9. Hi there! Actually, the game does show the weather conditions. Just let the pre-match animation/slides display. Regarding the ref. personality, it is true that it doesn't show (almost) anything about the referee. If you believe it can help or improve the user experience, you may share some further info. I personally don't feel it is needed, but it may be about perspectives.
  10. I am getting a message in "Team Report - Dynamics" that says "There isn't a strong culture within the squad in this area". How can this be improved/boosted?
  11. It would be great for the in-game editor to allow to modify the competition rules or to create a new league. I understand they may be no interest in creating a pre-game editor, which is fine, but the current in-game could have some of these features.
  12. So the expectation was to get promotion, but we got further and won the league, but it says that the board are disappointed. How better could it be done?
  13. Also, it could be that the player recently talked about a new contract with you. If they got a new contract or got signed in the last few months, they may not want to go with a new contract yet. Also, if you don't reach a good point when negotiation a new contract, they will lose interest and you need to allow some time (hopefully they want to continue with the talks later in the season) My little experience says that we should be negotiating a new contract a year before it expires (at the latest) and sign them for 3-4 or even 5 years so that you have time for all of this management stuff, and then you won't lose them easily.
