I'm trying to offer two academy products new deals with squad player playing time. They are both requesting 3-4k a week but my board will only let me offer roughly half of what they want despite having over 60k per week in the wage budget available. There are no other open negotiations which could be affecting this, and only one player joining in the future with a wage of 4k per week. As a result, this seems like a bug. Also, the save is one that I've carried over from FM23.

The FM23 Youth Academy Challenge

Just started in England and got South Shields as one of the newly promoted teams but the board is saying they want playoffs next year as a requirement. Will I get sacked while waiting for my youth to come through? Don't want to invest loads of time into a save that is doomed from the start.
