    It’s really just for name recognition, but some people do it anyways. Plus there’s always that change of one of your former players being a good staff member

    A tier list is a form of ranking. In this case, S tier is saves that are in the HOF, and F tier are saves that didn’t have much/any success.

    I remember doing a YAC save in Sweden on FM23. It was with a team called Rynninge IK if I remember correctly. I still have no idea how to pronounce the club name . Got sacked, and because I wasn’t posting it I just rehired myself. No good Youth prospects so the save eventually just ended
