I was going to take a look at it in the Editor and try to merge the files, but it doesn't even want to show up in my FM 24 or FM 23 Editors lol, they 100% borked something in the recent update they released haha. FM can be so frustrating sometimes -_- Ignore the YouthProgramChanged file lol, all I did was add a u17 and u22 team to Canada.

So I figured out the issue, it was because I never close the editor, thus it didnt get updated with the patch today. Everything seems to be fine now. -

I was able to verify my database perfectly this morning around 11:30am requiring 1 or more u21 player in the starting 11. After said update to the editor now it throws this message when I am not even using Under 24 Mexican Home Grown players as this is an Ireland Database ..... I am using the exact same squad selection rules for each of my 12 rules. This bug/error essentially makes the pre game editor unusable and the game itself unplayable since I need to re-verify every database I use for my saves after an update is released.
