But again this last section is subjective and the others are the main body of this point as there's objective data to support.

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this, as well as this, I'm not 100% sure this is an issue. However, it is to my understanding, as well as being checked with a quick google search, that all FA Youth Cup matches MUST take place at the stadium that the first team uses (except for certain exceptions). I had a FA Youth Cup game against Oldham in round 6, which was played at a small 500 person capacity ground that only their youth team uses. There was no first team or U21 match taking place, and no clear reason why this stadium was used instead.

Unfortunately, I'm fully aware of this problem too, but even just as a random fan of the game I have the admit the U18s system is so complex, there are teams who have disbanded, reformed, and just folded entirely, are not officially under 18's side and are actually a local development side as opposed to a youth side to the actual team. Not only that but there is simply so many teams that are not in the game, and most teams ESPECIALLY at this level do not include any information on their u18's team. Just as an example, in real life Hereford Community U18s (not even Hereford U18's because that's not their youth teams name) compete in the southern midland junior flood lit prem which is a mid-week league played in the evening (against teams like, Southport swifts u18's, Dudley town, Dudley sport (also on that note, some teams have multiple 18's teams, shadow, development, main etc as opposed to just 1 u18's team) , the fixtures are not confirmed until a week before matches really, players come and go more frequently than it rains, not to mention there's also a Herefordshire county 'giant killer's cup' which is for all u18's sides in Herefordshire I believe and I imagine all youth teams are involved in small county cups and such like this which is even harder to find data. I fully agree that the current setup in the game is not correct BUT I also don't think at this level enough under-18 data is accessible/ updated/ consistent enough to do anything other than what they've done in the game, I mean, something like 80% of u18's team in the non-league category don't even have any actual players in just as an example because clubs don't release enough data.

Oh also the U18's do not include Zach Johnston (striker) and Cameron Davies (midfielder) who have both been in the first team squad for the FA cup on multiple occasions in real life, I imagine you don't have many (if any) details of u18 players at this level but given both have been named in first team games they could be worth adding (if information is possible to find of course)

Hello, I've noted the U18's manager Zeke Vivian is only marked as having his national B license when he currently has his UEFA B license Also with Josh Gowling, it's listed that he doesn't like working with analysts and doesn't operate with an assistant manager, however, I don't believe either to be true, this is because Hereford FC (I would argue) operates with more analysts than most teams in the division, according to LinkedIn, they currently have 2 recruitment analysts, a head of analytics (which are currently in the beta game) and 3 other assistant performances analysts (which are not in the game, Kieran Turner, Patryk Bialowas (Who's also the U18's analyst and isn't in the game for that, though I have previously brought that up in a prior post) and a guy called Connor something), making 6 total analysts for a division 6 club, he's also regularly referenced the hard amount of analytics and 'homework' done on opposition teams in post-match interviews, and in regard to the assistant manager, Steve Burr left early into the current season and it wasn't even a month later that they got a new assistant manager in (Yan Klukowski) and I think that along with the fact the vast majority of his time at Hereford FC has been with an assistant manager is enough to show that he does indeed like working with an assistant manager.

Patryk Białowąs | LinkedIn - U18's analyst LinkedIn profile, also says he's a recruitment analyst with the first team and assistant performance analyst with them as well but he's listed u18's role first so I would imagine that is his priority role -

Just realised I don't have any outright proof of the error with Josh Gowling, I am unaware as to how I edit previous posts but this part about Josh Gowling can be ignored as I don't have any proof for that claim other than my own subjective opinion, thank you. -
the Hereford U18s should also include a performance analyst details as followed - Patryk Bialowas - Polish - D.O.B (24.01.2005) - I have had a look at his LinkedIn page and this appears to be his first position in football, he possesses very little experience so I imagine he would not have good stats. He also from looking does not have any coaching badges either Error on Josh Gowling - it says in his details 'does not like working with analysts' this is not correct.
