So im curious if this is a Swedish league only issue, or does any of you have similar issues with other nations? I will also add the fact, that i have in no way shape or form adjusted any of this trough editor. The success of my teams in Sweden is purely built on smart transfer business. So i have no affected any game files to **** up development on the league. I play with different teams in Swedish League system. Djurgårdens IF and FC Stockholm. The year is 2052. Swedish League is ranked 6th in Europe, ahead of Belgium, Netherlands and Portugal. And have been for over a decade. Djurgården, 25 times in a row league winners. 6 times Champions League winners. Worlds most Reputable club, We also have Malmö FF and AIK in the top 50 worlds most reputable clubs. And heres the Swedish Sponsorship table.... (This table make sense at start of the game but not 30 years later.) Stadiums, Facilities, Players and Staff evolution is equally ridicilous and non-existant. (Except from the clubs i have managed)

Hi I am also in the business of developing league and nation. I am working on the Swedish league and some things are realisticly changing but some are not. To paint the picture for you: i am on year 2052. Basicly 30 years into the futrure. Swedish League league rank 6. Just above Belgium, Netherlands and Portugal Leagues. The best Swedish team is Djurgården. They are literally the PSG/Bayern Munchen of Sweden. I Managed them for the first 17 seasons or so. And they are competing for Champions League even. I left Swedish league to play with Preston for 11 seasons to see how Swedish league handled itself on its own. I decided now to go back to Swedish league system, starting lower down in the pyramid. To try increase Swedish standards from the roots. The things that have slowly developed with Djurgården carrying the league: (The changes gone at EXTREMLY slow rate.) -All Swedish league players values are now at same levels as other leagues of the same reputation, At start of Save they are super low and is very hard to gain any riches. These changes basicly started once i left Djurgården to join Preston. While i was at Djurgården it increased by maybe 200% and once i left it was about 2000% increase. No exaggeration. -All Swedish teams recruit better and better players to try catch up with Djurgården. (The big issue here is there is no Swedes.) And i suspect the reason for that is that all the Facilities and Coaches are still at sub tier standards. And the teams dont fully hire staff and have bunch of free slots for more staff. -Some Swedish teams have done minor uppgrade to their stadiums. Wich is cool, but by now 30 years later, Considering how small their stadiums is at start, they should have grown abit more. -Sponsorships are wierd for all teams..... Even Djurgården. who bounce between 1 billion and 100 million in Sponsorships from year to year. There is no stability. -Facilities Not a single team have increased they basic and good facilities in 30 years. Even thou the League has climbed so much in reputation. My guess because of economy. They spend more to keep up with Djurgården. And cause Stadiums and Sponsorships are not developing as they should, They basicly survive on Transfers only. -The lower league reputations gone up seemingly realisticly. Wich is awesome. But sadly, their economy, sponsorship, attendance etc have not. -Attendances havent really gone up at all. Except for Djurgården, cause they are winning titles. I am not sure what the chokepoint is in here. That maybe there will be a Ketchup bottle effect later on that will speed development up abit, and make the teams use Swedish players again etc. I hope maybe a staff could give some clarification on how it works or how your tought process is when making these mechanics. And another explanation is: That the Chairman has some kind of trait or personality that removes the possibility? This one makes less sense. Since i had the issue with 3 different clubs since FM22.

A guy on Facebook grp gave this as an possible explanation. And it kinda make sense and easy to overlook as Dev i dont know. "I have had similar problems in my saves and tried to "check under the hood" for answers and I think that I have found the answer: As you probably know, the quality in facilites is rated from 1-20 in the match engine, where 20 equals "state of the art". However, most of the time when you upgrade your facilities, they are upgraded by 2 points each time. So from 10 to 12, 11 to 13 etc. The problem here, I think, is that facilities won't be upgraded if there isn't room to develope these 2 points. In your case, you have "superb facilities" meaning that they are either at 18 points or 19 points. My theory is that if your facilities were at 18 points, you would be able to upgrade to 20. But alas, you probably have 19 points, meaning that there isn't room enough for the 2-point upgrade, resulting in the board not seeing the point of spending money on upgrades (or some other narrative explanation). So if you were to download some sort of FM scouting tool (or editor), and look at your club facilities, my guess is that they are 19 for training facilities and 20 for anything "state of the art". The problem is that I think most of the time, facilities are downgraded by 2 points at a time as well, meaning that a club that has an odd numbered points in facilities won't ever be allowed to reach state of the art. But I haven't tried this out so I can well be wrong about that. If they downgrade 1 point at a time, then you can just wait for that to happen and try upgrading them from 18 to 20."

I have this exact same issue with Djurgårdens IF. I am on year 2028. Also dominating the league. And competing for knock out stages in CL every year. I had this exact same issue in FM22 aswell. But that was with 2 different clubs made in Create a Club game mode, so tought it was just a bug for that game mode but apparently not.
