Is that a reply to my request or to Jeble's? I mean we aren't even sure if that is a bug that will be fixed at one point or just a deliberate thing in the game mechanics ? Why a board won't allow upgrading youth facilities when there is literally nowhere else to spend the money? Is there any possible way i can get to 20/20 ( they are only 'excellent' at this point which means its about 16-17)? What can be done at this point? -
Nothing? I mean almost 2 weeks have passed. Is my save bugged, is your game bugged , is that how it should be? . Any word ?

Although i managed to upgrade my training facilities, my academy coaching and my youth recruitment there is simply no possible way for me even to discuss upgrading youth facilities with my board. My financial status is extremally healthy, i am dominating the Greek league 5 years in a row and selling players for 20 million on each transfer window. Its not that my board turns down my request about improving youth facilities - the option isn't even there from the start of my save its its year 2026! Its extremely frustrating as i have to rely on local players due to registration limitations especially in Champions league, so i have to develop my youth players. You can check the pics bellow. I never faced an issue like that and i am playing this game since 2008. Please help!!
