  1. Hey all. Wondering if anyone knows any way to implement a "Luxury Tax" or "Transfer Tax"? Basically I want to take X% of every transfer, and re-distribute the money to other clubs in the division. PSG spends $200M for Neymar? Ligue 1 could then tax 10% = $20M, and distribute $1M to each team in L1. This would slightly even out the division from mega-rich clubs to lower-dollar clubs. I've read a lot from this thread, and there were some interesting ideas, but nothing that I was looking for. I might end up doing the tax concept, but that doesn't do redistribution. Thanks!!
  2. Hey there, small issue with a very small & new club, but wanted to call it out. Oly Town Football Club, which formed either this year or last year, is located in Olympia, WA (in real life). The team exists in the game, but is placed in Olympia Height, FL. Olympia, WA does not exist in the database. So I made the following changes in my game: Create city Olympia, WA Nation = USA, Local Region = Washington Population 55k Lat/Long 47.216, -122.543 Elevation 95ft Weather = USA PNW Attraction = 10... Tacoma, WA has 12, and Salem, OR has 11, and I think Olympia is pretty similar to the both of them Change city of Oly Town FC to Olympia, WA Thanks!
  3. Ok that makes sense, looks like Liga MX is the same deal. In the example you screenshotted, how were those leagues configured? Would it make sense for me to move MLS, Liga MX, etc into a different nation? Alternatively, I may try editing the team qualification for the stages within the Continental Cups, so instead of pulling from qualified teams (via the Continent "Teams" page), it would pull "X teams from Nation/Competition Y" or something.
  4. Thanks for sharing, omarhuitron891! I've been trying to make something like this for a while, but always run in to issues. When firing this up, I do see that the Argentinian league auto-feeds in to the league (as seen through league rules page), but not MLS. I assume you tested this, so wonder if one of my other MLS mods is breaking it. I'll keep testing, but anyways, really great work!
  5. Hi Abdullah, I also uploaded a file to the link you provided, and I'll like it here. I'm also attaching a more detailed log error that I received. MLS Big 1.0.3.fmf
  6. I've had an idea for this for a long time, but I'm not nearly talented enough with the Editor to make it happen. Yearly Club World Cup, played each August. 32 teams qualify, including: Previous year's CWC champion [1] Previous year's continental cup champion (UEFA Champs League, CONCACAF, Asian, CONMEBOL, Africa, Oceania) [6] Previous year's domestic top league champion for top 25 nations (Prem League, La Liga, Bundesliga, MLS, etc etc) [25] Then, seed them into 4 buckets. The top teams, like the champs of Prem League, La Liga, UCL, etc, would go into bucket 1. Bucket 4 would be the lowest leagues champs. Then, you do a ladder tournament, where the teams of buckets 3 & 4 play each other, winner playing teams from bucket 2, and winners of that playing bucket 1. With 8 teams per bucket, by the time the winners of the play-down games of buckets 2,3,4 play bucket 1, there would be 16 total teams left. That would mean a max of 4 games tourney for bucket 1 teams.
