Doubt they're cancelling a bank holiday this close whatever happens. Might be a joint mourning/celebration of her life day instead... Should be extra BHs anyway. We're screwed over in this country for public holidays as it is.

No idea how you can claim it will continue for "centuries". Younger people are increasingly anti-monarchy. That will only increase over the coming decades.
