In mine (2027) I think its still use 3 subs, there are still many club/international qualifying competitions still uses 3 subs in playable nations.

Can anyone guide me how to change substitution rule FIFA CWC to 5 subs, I try to edit in fm pre editor but it error number of team competitions 0 ranking? i can change league nation rules, club continent rules like [afc champions league, africa CL, North america CL] but cant change CWC. Someone can help?

Or maybe can you give step by step to edit club continental rules (like UCL, Europe league, Copa Libertadores).. I can edit if its like (EPL, FA cup, Serie A, laliga, etc) but I dont understand if editing Continental rules.
