Ah sadly I didn’t keep the save file before that, never thought you’d need it. I’m nearly half a season into that save. 
 

If it’s any help when I started I had full control of training, and saw he was already preassigned to the attacking coaching role then changed it. Then this appeared in my first staff meeting.

Here are a couple more examples. All of them are in the Bundesliga, and manage to complete 500-600 passes at nearly 90% completion rate and 50% possession or better.

The only exception is Greifswalder which is a semi pro team that managed to complete 439 passes at an 85% rate, with 56% possession against Bayern.
