I currently mess about with positioning, marking and such, but leave the takers and players in the actual positions to my staff, with quite good results so far.
Believe me, when you get used to it, it is much better than the old way.
I used to get so infuriated when setting up the old system with players jumping about all over the place and changing roles, it was like a game of chess most of the time.

It happens with me, If other clubs are interested and I really want the player, I have to up my offer quite a bit.
This happens more with young players (16/17) turning me down to stay where they are on very much lower wages.0 -

I have given up on cdkeys, 5 times the transaction would throw up this in my email "We couldn't process your order" when trying to pay with Paypal, (I have not been charged)
I then used a card and got this message from my card issuer, "the merchant cancelled this transaction, you have not been charged"0 -

This happens far too often in my game, I check all my players contracts at the start of the season and renew before it gets down to 18 months.
If it goes beyond 18 months, a few of them say they are going to explore their options at the end of their contract.
I have lost a number of very good players to frees so now when they say this I sell them as quick as possible because it's hard to change their minds.
Looks like it's catching, I've just had an 18 year old potential wonder kid on a 3 year contract say he was going to "explore his options" after just one year.

Same here Gouranga. I get the same response as you from the Board when I ask them to raise wages for Physios, I can only offer them a few hundred below what they are already earning.
I have to wait until they only have a month or few weeks left on their contract, then I can offer what I want.
This only happens with Physios.

I'm with Jonny here, I don't remember that ever being in the game in the form you mention, that doesn't mean it wasn't in the game, if it was, I never found it and used it.
The nearest in the game now, I would think, is the "Opposition Instructions" screen.1 -

My apologies Clientsss, I was under the impression we were not allowed to discuss add-ons like this.
My facepacks have always been installed as below without a problem, from the site you mentioned.
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2023\graphics
If you have tried everything I would save my game save somewhere safe and reinstall everything, extreme maybe but it might work.

In FM all these players have all extended their contracts with their clubs by november at the latest and there is no chance of a good player on a free transfer
Every season I have players across my squads, saying that they only have 18 months left on their contract, and as such they would be considering their options.
Some of those players will eventually negotiate, but I have lost some very good players. As you say, shame it doesn't happen the other way round.

I have my keeper on roll it out to the back 4 and that's what he does most of the time, It's a "bug" I've never come across.

A long shot:
If you had it set on a number of rolling saves try loading a previous save to see if it works, I have mine set on 10 saves and to save every week just to be on the safe side. For a bit of overkill my saves are backed up automatically everyday.
I'm sorry if my advice doesn't work and I hope you get it sorted.
