    Do not make promises you can't keep, I can normally keep players happy when they call a team meeting, I suggest you work on your responses. I think we will never agree on this, I think it is as realistic as possible when a small club wins big, history proves it, you and others don't agree, that's fine.

    It just seems all a bit strange to me what madeirabhoy is saying. In my experience, if I get a player wanting more money and I don't get the option to say we can't afford it (If I do get the option, the player nearly always says OK and becomes happy again) he starts complaining and usually asks to leave, but I don't have a lot of difficulty selling him for good money and then buying better (potential) players.

    I was offering advice based on my experiences of the game. All I can say is many a team in history has destroyed its self after being successful....... and many Managers have had a reputation of being hard on their players, boots aimed at players foreheads and all that. So I don't think it is that illogical and unrealistic, wouldn't it be nice if all games played just how we wanted them to and didn't pose any challenge.

    This option does come up now and again, and when I use it the player usually accepts the situation and becomes happy again. If I remember rightly, the "The Club can not afford a new contract at this time" option is a choice when the player wanting a new contract is a squad player, or below, I could be wrong.

    Found this which might help: Preferences/Highlights/Replays/Replay Events From there there are tick boxes, and you can choose what you want to see and what not to see, in the words of Shakespeare (or someone like that) Edit: You can also change the settings during the match by going to the settings for cameras, speed etc.

    I'm not surprised they are asking for better contracts, they are CL Winners. Have you asked the Board for more resources, or do they seem to be happy to see the club go into decline and not grow with your success? I would sell the complaining players if they are affecting morale that much and invest the money in new players and start again. Failing that, I would move on to a more ambitious club

    I don't get VAR highlights so it must be a setting somewhere, have a poke around in Preferences.

    There are also a number of skins that bring back percentages, I use Flut, you just have to play around with the columns.

    Yes I know, and I do read what he says, if he says it was harsh, it is not overturned, just the same as if he says it was deserved. This is the same Ass Man that keeps telling me to get rid of my star player because he doesn't fit in to the squad planner. Nobody has ever said anything to me about always appealing, why would it count against you, and with who? My Board has never said anything in all my saves and versions of FM, and what can the FA do if I always appeal?

    I've never ever had a red card overturned, the same, it always ends up in a 3 match ban. I always appeal, but I don't know why I bother.

    His career stats at the moment are 46 goals in 269 matches and 2 goals in 30 games for Poland, he is hardly a goal machine is he. The complaint posts on here are getting funnier and funnier.

    I'm in my 11 season and it's still dominated by the usual international and club teams, no shocks anywhere, erm unless you count West Ham winning the Premier League, but I'm managing them.

    If nothing else, it keeps them match fit if you need to use them in the first team.

    I may be wrong, but I believe your contract is with who ever you purchased the item from. Steam will not refund you within 14 days if you did not buy directly from them, I just read that. Put in a claim with who ever you brought it with, and keep copies of your requests so you can prove the time you put in your claim if there is a time limit. Again, my advice may be completely wrong, but it is what I would do.

    Yep you can loan him until the end of the season without paying £168 mill, watch out if it says mandatory

    I never have a problem getting my stadium expanded (if we have the money from when it's announced and still have it when it is due to be built), strange how different people experience the game in so many different ways.

    Firstly this bit is very disrespectful, Secondly I echo parsdaft1982, if you are finding so many faults and the game is so inconsistent, don't play it, monitor how it develops and if it gets to a level of your liking, pick it up again. Personally, I would never let a game get me so angry as it does with some on here.

    Yes, all my star players have low pressure/important matches attribute and/or poor consistency (they haven't, I was being sarcastic)
