I have setup new leagues and cups in Oceania, including continental competitions. As the continental cups are pulling league/cup winners - and there are none until after the first season - is it possible to delay the start of the continental cups to the 2nd season i.e. 2019 start rather than 2018?

I'm creating a database which will have inactive divisions below the playable ones.
How does the game decide what team gets promoted from the highest inactive division to the lowest playable division?
Also, does the game allow for promotion/relegation between inactive divisions?

There is no promotion from the West Premiership, East Region Superleague or North Region Superleague as per real life. The Juniors are essentially a separate pyramid to the Seniors. The lowest level you cant start at and get promotion all the way to the SPFL Premiership is the East of Scotland/South of Scotland leagues.

If Wikipedia is accurate then the pyramid only goes down to Level 20 this season - the Mid-Sussex leagues have had a restructure with North/South divisions so only go down to Level 17.

Quite like seeing how Makoto's leagues look compared to Claassen's from last year - makes for interesting reading. I assume there are no cup competitions in Micronesia?

I have encountered an unusual bug. Managing Eyemouth Utd in EoS Conference B, I've found that if I finish in the top 6 and therefore qualify for the EoS Premier Division for next season, fixtures generate fine. However if I finish in the bottom 7 and therefore qualify for the EoS First Division South, the fixtures for the EoS Premier do not generate for the following season.

As Daz says above, the Steam file doesn't allow us to select what divisions are playable, You can still start the game but it only loads down to the Highland/Lowland leagues as playable.

@toffee71 You will need to tick add players to playable teams if you want players in teams further down the pyramid as Dan won't be doing anything with the squads. If you don't tick it then a lot of teams will be full of 'greyed-out' players.

Yeah Selkirk and Syngenta are in the South division, although not sure why. 39 teams in the conferences, 16 of which make up the new Premier Division leaving 23 to make up the North and South divisions. But perhaps it something to do with how the game handles the promotion/relegation.
The xml file shows in the editor for me if you go to File ---> Import
@Morrissey one other thing regarding the North/South divisions. In the rules they only play each other once - shouldn't it be twice? (Apologies if you've already fixed this!)

Excellent work as always Morrissey but one significant issue I have found so far.
The EoS North/South divisions have a fixtures issue. At the end of the 2018/19 season the teams are assigned correctly and fixtures are generated but for the 2020/21 season, not the 2019/20 season. Therefore the teams in the EoS North/South sit idle in the league for a season. All the other divisions have fixtures and the cups play as normal.

Damn some of those scorelines are insane! Value for money if watching High Quality! And I imagine Bhutan's football highlights show is mostly taken up by showing the goals from your games

Not sure of this is the right place to post this, but is there a reason why the Teams list on cup competitions doesn't show any non-playable teams e.g. the Scottish Cup only shows teams from Premiership to League Two, and doesn't show any of the teams from the Highland/Lowland League and lower.
