Much appreciated for the time you devoted to this detailed reply. As Xinjiang is a key region for the future of Chinese football, I really hope this feature will get implemented in the soon future. As we know, nations like China or Russia are large countries with a lot more diverse demographics than most European nations. I really wish in the future; FM could simulate and appreciate the footballing community in Xinjiang, in Yanbian or in Chechnya. As when I say I will continue "bombard" the forum I meant I won't let this issue sink, I will raise this again next year just so to for a reminder. But again, thanks for the time taken to write this reply as we all seek to improve FM and its community. Sincerely.

There is something wrong with the match engine. My team is possibly the worst team ever played in the top tier of Denmark since I got them two consecutive promotions with pretty much the same group of players since financially the club is broke. So, realistically speaking, to avoid relegation you want a solid defensive tactic that would minimize the risks and try not to concede as many goals as possible. And with such a group of players you would think playing safe, low block, sitting deep and waiting for the counter attacking opportunity would be the most suitable tactic, but sadly in FM's match engine this is not the case.Here is the 5-3-2 defensive tactic I used which I lost 4-1 at home. It was a disastrous performance, and the opposition were like playing against kids with our defenders. Ball over top of my CB, wingers dancing around against my wing back and CB, and despite working defending set pieces they still scored two set piece goals from headers. I also noticed that despite me asking my CB to play short passes with low tempo, for some reason they still hoof the ball aimlessly forward despite having a safe and open option out wide from my wing back. So, I guess that is also a bug in the match engine?Then I switched to a downloaded gegenpressing high intensity tactic, which I had barely half of the tactical familiarity, a tactic that asks my player to counter press with much higher pressing intensity and keep in mind my players in general have low work rate, stamina, anticipation, pace and pretty much everything else compared to the rest of the league. In real life, such a tactic used by a significantly weaker side would get absolute annihilated and exploited by a much stronger side. But somehow in FM's match engine, this away game I won 2-1 with a much higher XG and successfully limited the opposition's attack.This doesn't make sense. If this is the case, why would I ever use any other style other than just gegenpressing? Then there is no dynamic to the tactic creation, could you guys have a look at why this is the case? Thanks.

Hey mate, thanks for replying. This seems like it has been fixed in the second season, so my reserve successfully entered the competition in the second season. But I've uploaded my save file regardless using cloud service.

Thanks mate, although the same was said two years ago, but I'm looking forward to the changes. Also, not too sure what is the matter with that researcher dude on the other forum being intentionally aggressive; I wouldn't even call this a feature, if the game is about a football simulation, then it should simulate the footballing world that is taking consideration of different country's demographic. Especially for leagues that are in fact included in the game, such as leagues in China. Unfortunately, that journalist as always, twisted the story and channeled into something political, which was something you guys could blame on but in the end, it was the consequences of your own action neglecting "unimportant" leagues or failing to implement this fundamental "feature" that should already be in the game long ago. So, the China head-researcher said: "unless the feature have been well constructed and tested enough to leave no space for twisting to channel non-football hostility, it's a future feature long to wait. " As someone who works in the IT industry, I can assure you hard coding, this "feature" probably takes you no more than a week, if not days, since there one club in case is only. I find it quite unprofessional how he could just blatantly make the statement as an excuse for not seeking any improvement or putting himself seemingly in the righteous shoes. NOT even majority of Chinese league gamers so far urged this issue as you did bombarding the forum every year, what's the provocativeness all about? I've been playing and supporting Football Manager since FM10, this is a game that accompanied me throughout my teenagerhood now to my adulthood, a game that I am truly passionate about and hoping it would thrive at a positive direction; THAT is my provocativeness, and THAT, the same provocativeness from the fan base is the sole reason that is pushing and driving this franchise forward before it turns into another FIFA. I will continue "bombard" the forum next year and the year after until this "feature" is implemented as I continue to support the game. Sincerely, A FM gamer

Cheers, note my reserve side eventually entered the reserve league the second season. So, it was only not working during the first season which was weird.

Why are you not looking into the B team issue which we have raised multiple time now since 1st Nov? Are you purposely ignoring those? -
In my current HIK save, as I got promoted into the second tier, my B team is not entering the reserve competition despite it clearly says it was entering the competition? SI fix this, this is game breaking which ruins the immersion now knowing my B team is not in any league despite being a reserve side for a second-tier Danish professional club.

Omg same thing here as well. I was just about to ask this. In my current HIK save, I have my B team trying to enter the autumn reserve season, but the season has already started yet my team still has no fixture. -
The youth intakes coming through from Xinjiang Tianshan Leopard which is a Chinese team that is located in the heart of Xinjiang, home of 15 million Uighurs, somehow doesn't have any local youth players??? Why are all my youth intakes being Han Chinese with name such as "Zhang Yuan" instead of "Erpanjan" or "Mehmet" that should also speaks a bit of Uyghur? SI please fix this, this is ruining the immersion of the game. At this rate, 10 years into the game, there would be no Uighur players left in the Chinese league which is extremely unrealistic since every team in China especially in the lower tier are filled with players from Xinjiang. It is as Athletic Bilbao doesn't produce any Basque newgens! I've been raising this issue since FM20, in fact this was on South China Post at one point:
