[Game Performance is really poor after the 23.2 update (Game hangs.. A LOT!!) :'(]

I am experiencing similar issues. My laptop is more than capable of playing AAA games at relatively high settings, but FM is very, very slow since the update. Personally, performance is the worst it has ever been for me.

Feel free to close this. But there could be something performance related going on. I finally made it past the screen, but this took several minutes to finish, whereas it never used to take that long. And my laptop is rather powerful.

It will likely be fine. Nothing is ever truly game breaking.

If you go to preferences, clear your cache and then restart the game, that's the last thing I'd suggest trying for now. I'm not 100% whether this will get you past the issue but worth trying nonetheless until we can look into this further.

No worries. That did not work either. But I appreciate it. For what it is worth, I am able to move past the game and date with a third-party file.

In the meantime, can you try going into your preferences please. 

In the General tab, set the following:

Search for data, and untick "Enable Data Collection"

Let me know if that lets you play the match you can't get into.
