The problem is. If the main team relegate to 3.Liga and the B team play in the 3.Liga must this B team go down to Liga Niveau 6.
But it isn't a option to choose. Because between the 3.Liga (level 2) and Liga Niveau 6 (level 4) is the Regionalliga (level 3)
and there should this " B/Reserve teams must relegate one division down if main team in 3.Liga".
Theese Option "B/Reserve teams not promoted if main teams within 2 division levels above" use I for Liga Niveau 6 Sub Divisons.
A other problem is no promotion for B team is the limit is reached "Max Number of B Teams" does not really work for sub divisions
Regionalliga B teams promotion to 3. Liga. Or all users there are spend time to create custom fmf files make is mistake like me.
A question is how can I block b teams from promotion if the limit reached of b teams in 3.Liga?
A other question is. How it works if the board ask me in game if I want to build a b team to active leagues in Germany?
Liga Niveau 11 or Liga Niveau 10 sub division because these parent comps are the lasts Divisons in these file Liga Niveau 10 last Divisons in Local region Nordrhein-Westfalen and some in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and some Liga Niveau 11 sub Divisions.
Because these local regions haven't reserve leagues.
and in the reserve.xml says these

so i tested the "LEAGUES WITH NON-OTIONAL RESERVE TEAMS" and filled them with all the leagues. test the file and start the game but on 19 jun the b team lands in Amateurliga.
So i tested with a test file and delete in editor on nation tab from division levels Liga Niveau 8 test the file and start the game the board ask me if I want create B team, and I says yes .
so now on 19 jun the b team is in Liga Niveau 8 but not in sub division Landesliga Schleswig.
How can we like me for Nations without reserve leagues...to create B teams in game to the last active sub division? Or choose the Division.
And Importent In Germany is allowed in the last lowest league can play Main ,B team C team D team!!!!
It should be a "tab for those nations who have no reserve leagues. With option the uses the lowest leagues of the main team".
"And the game should look in Club Competitions regional Divisions".
"And setting up these leagues as required leagues details for competition".
So I found a mistake if the B team created. Affiliates section -PLaying in the same division will terminate the link between Club and Club II.
It should stay -The terms of this deal will prevent Club II from playing in the same division and main club. and...
-The terms of this deal will allow Club II playing in the same Lowest division and main club.

I found the following on the DFB website.
If the B team in the third division is on a non-relegation place at the end of the season, but the main team plays in the 2nd Bundesliga and at the end of the season is on a relegation place and is thus relegated.
Must the B team relegated to the Oberliga (5th Division).
Because: The statutes stipend that B teams of third division main teams may not play in the Regionalliga (4th division).

Im Editor ist ne option das nur 4 B Teams aufsteigen können doch leider habe ich auch noch nicht das rausbekommen wie ich die 2.Mannschaften wenn das limit 4 in der 3. Liga erreicht ist von den Aufstiegs Playoff´s ausschließen kann.
Zu dem fehlt ne wichtige Option in den Ligaeinstellungen bei Weiteren Ligaphasen-Markierungen: Wenn die Hauptmannschaft in eine Liga absteigt wo die 2.Mannschaft spielt muss die 2. Mannschaft 2 Liga level drunter Zwangsabsteigen. zumindest in´m FM 2020 Editor.

In Germany is 4 B Teams allowed to play in the third league this option exist.
But I miss the important option. If the Main Team relegated from 2.Bundesliga and must play in Third League and the B Team is played in the Third League and qualified to play next season in the Third League. Must the B Team forced relegation next season to German League level 5. And the same for Main team relegation to Regionalliga from Third League must the B Team forced relegation to German League level 6.

Hello In Germany is max 4 B Teams aloud to play in the 3. League.
So how can I block B teams From Promotion Play-off from Regionalliga if the max 4 B Team in 3. League?
I tested the Max Number of B Team option but this don't worked.
I think this is issues are came from Regionalliga promotion playoffs but there is no option to choose.
so how can I added this options to the 3.league general competition rules?

i tested a lot of hours to be enable with editor, to became in game... when I ask the board or the board ask me ..to create B Team and this should be setting in a playable league.
So i find a solution for custom user files. Wich are goes for custom files like the German file from Dany (El Clemento).
In Editor at Advanced Rules.
>list >German(Nation) >Nation here at Division levels is the 5th the last entry league or parent competition and this sub leagues are have relegation places...!
Go to Database and make a Parent Competiton for all competition underneath set the level to 6th national league. if this finish enter all entries in the list For this parent and sub competition with...
or better you copy a parent comp and a sub comp from this list and rename the parent comp set the level and enter the sub comp´s to child competitions. The same with sub Comps.
Is this finished....
go to >list >German(Nation) > Competitions and add here the created Parent Comp to this list.... and add the sub comp´s to required teams.
So now should you have under German(Nation)>Nation at Division Level 5th like before ....Important (Don't enter the created parent comp here).....
just add these created parent comp to the >list German(Nation)> Competitions list....
test the file start a new game... and if the board ask you if you want to build a B Team at the season end and you say yes, should now stand your created parent comp and not Amateurliga. And the Created B team can be promoted to playable leagues. Like without custom.fmf where are B Team can be promoted from Regionlliga. !!!!
SO NOW I HAVE A QUESTION is in the editor an option if in the list >German>Nation Divison Levels 5th or 6th the last Division from this Nation League Structure where are No Relegation places and no team can be promoted because this leagues are the at the end From this Nation League Structure????
So the board ask and setting the B Team To these active and playable bottom league???????????

Hey I created some Cup´s where a few teams like first, second and third Teams are allowed to play in this Cup (Kreisverbandspokal)
But just first teams winner of these cup´s are allowed to qualify for higher cup (Landespokal)
Is there any possible an option as with "Get Best Teams From Division" to select "Don´t use Affiliate Teams With Same Board As Main Team"
for "Get Last Winner Of Competition" and this will work in FM?
I can create in the stage team.xml under <!-- ignore affiliate teams with same board as main one--> <record field="id" equals="get_last_winner" />
but it don't work in FM. How can I activate it in FM?

Ok my German is better then my English... so looked in editor and found in the Database section continents and searched for Europa and found Federation Name.
After then looked I in the comp editor\format\database\continent.xml and searched for Federation Name and found it so copied it too the comp.xml
and at too the comp ui.xml <record db_field="comp,Cfdn" /> <!-- federation name -->

but the problem is I would be made a federation.xml as main.xml and then should child federations and from child federation another child federation but the Unique Id´s for these is the problem. how do open and read the sicomp\comp.dbc I think where are standing also Unique Id numbers not just Unique ID for Competitions.

right I would manage to create Football Associations in German Fußballverbände and sub regions like (Landesfußballverbände) National associations for Saarland or Regionalleague Nord and the leagues and down to league level 11 in Fußballkreisverbände and these associations should be in clubs and competitions are.
but th comp.dbc is my problem I tried to open it with a text editor and it shows I've tried ihex but not work to read it.

Hello I find in the comp editor folder under comp editor\format\database a region.xml and the same for comp editor\database ui
so I tried to add it to the fm 2020 editor of database and added it in the db record lists.xml

at the editor at left side under Database shows it now Region. My plan was use this Regional for build Football Associations..Sub Football Associations like Uefa for nation like Germany DFB for Local Regions National Football Associations (Landesfußballverbände) and the same for down under National Football Associations. And put it too Continents Uefa, Nation like Germany DFB, like Regionalverband NOFV for Regionalleagues like Regionalleague Northeast, for Local Region like Saxony Landesfußballverband, Local Sub Region for Leagues under level 8 for Germany and the Associations.
And this Associations should be go too Continents, Competitions, Local Regions, Local sub Regions, Clubs and too Advanced Rules comp editor\format\rule group\advanced\comp.xml under <!-- Child competition coords --> before <!-- local region unique id --> as <!-- LOCAL ASSOCIATION --> and the same before <!-- regional division unique id -->.
But the region.xml is for Region like South Europe and can't be add or copy. So a free translation_id like 3000000000 for Associations too use for the db record list.xml and translation_id 3000000001 for db record.xml and for the file association.xml and association ui.xml, isn't possible to use.
I think the reason is the Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager\data\sicomps\comps.dbc....
So what program or app can be read the comp.dbc file and translate it too English for Windows or better Mac OS X ????
I would spend my free Days and time to do it and make it possible and if it possible without issues or bugs I would be upload this editor comp.fmf and the sicomps.dbc

Hi I tried for Germany U19 for 3rd league parent competition a promoted playoff but there is a bug.

so the issues cames from set number of legs and the issue is .....Promoted and relegated teams do not match up for....(3 relegated) and .....(2 promoted) (extra teams requested =0)
Check to make sure ......uses flexible format rules.
then I remove Number of legs and test rules no issue why comes the issue at number of legs down under the 2rd league U19 division for U19 3rd division?

If this is possible, use an Option if the number of teams is greater than 128. Possibly there is still the option to add a new first round if the number of teams is greater than 128 and move (change the other rounds a number lower) the other existing rounds afterwards.
Here is an example for Berlin cup, 177 teams took part in the 18/19 season and 175 teams took part in the 19/20 season.

Wegen der Gründung eines II. Vereins der nach der Bestätigung in der Amateurliga ID 1301432 spielt aber dort keine spiele statt finden.
Ist meine Frage bzw. mein Vorschlag, das der Neu gegründete II. Verein in der untersten Liga spielen wird die in im erstellten file die letzte ist und keine fest zugeordnete ID braucht. Oder im Editor z.Bsp. Das ein Übergeordneter Wettbewerb auch gleichzeitig ein Untergeordneter Wettbewerb sein kann. Oder im Editor » Erweiterten Regeln zum Beispiel Die Amateurliga als Übergeordneter Wettbewerb » Allgemein bei Stufe zum Beispiel auch von - bis möglich ist quasi Stufe 9 - 12. So Brächte man nur eine Fest zugeordnet ID wie die 1301432.
Wegen des Überlegten Wettbewerb der auch gleichzeitig ein Untergeordneter Wettbewerb sein kann. Wäre der Vorteil, wenn ihr auch die Option einbaut Fussballverbände neu anlegen zu können, das im spiel hier Beispiel nicht bei der Ligaebene 6 » gleich 35 Ligen aufgelistet werden sondern erst die Verbände z.Bsp. » Fussballverband Südbaden » und dann die jeweiligen Ligen darunter. Für den Aufbau der Ligaebenen 7 z.BSp. werden es immer mehr Ligen die aufgelistet werden.
Apropos und Die Möglichkeit im Editor mehr als unter Nation » Liganiveaus » Anzahl Untergeordnete Wettbewerbe im moment 2 - 50 auf z.Bsp. 2 - 200 zu erhöhen.
Denn so kann man mehr Ligaebenen erstellen und bis zur letzten Spielklasse . Denn es gibt einige User die die Datenbank für Bundesländer (Fussballverbände) komplett mit den Ligen und Vereinen, Stadien Und Orte erstellen. Und da in Deutschland nicht bei Ligaebene/Stufe 6 schluss ist, sondern es mehr gibt aber von Fussballverband zu Fussballverband unterschiedlich ist.
Hier ein Beispiel, im Fussballverband Bremen, Niedersachsen, Berlin, und Sachsen ist erst bei Ligaebene 13 Schluss.
Bei, Schleswig-Holstein, Westfalen, Hessen, Bayern, Brandenburg, Sachsen-Anhalt, Südwest, Mittelhrein, und Niederrhein erst bei Ligaebene 12.
Bei, Württemberg, Rheinland, Saarland, Südbaden, Thüringen und Mecklenburg-Vorpomern, erst bei Ligaebene 11.
Bei, Hamburg erst bei Ligaebene 10.
Und somit 4 unterschiedliche letzte Ligen sind wo die II. gegründeten Vereine im ersten Jahr Starten sollen/sollten.
Und Bitte nehmt die U17 bitte wieder mit auf den im spiel kommen ja auch 15 jährige und die würden von der U17 profitieren soll heißen sie würden in der U17 Spielen wenn sie gut genug sind kommen sie in die U19 auch wenn ihr keine Echten U17 Spieler wegen des Jugendschutzes in die Datenbank aufnehmt,was ja in Ordnung ist, so ist es bei den Spielern die aus Vorhanden Nachnamen und irgend ein Vorhanden Vornamen mit 15 in der U19 spielen.
Und manch Verein hat ja keine U19 haben sondern nur U17.

From the Reserve Teams to Create they are created in the club list like the teams they are add in Reserve Teams.

So first created B teams can promoted.
What do you need to make it possible that b team can be promote.
In FM Editor with your file must be an inaktiv Competition in the List.

So i tested all Rules and start a test game I choose Deutschlands Amateurliga (Landesliga) Verbandsliga Baden and choose
1. Fc Bruchsal and promoted 2019/20 to Oberliga Baden-Württemberg the board ask me if I want be create a B Team so I said yes.
So I cross my fingers and look Club Info and Affiliates and see 1. FC Bruchsal are in Bezirksliga Baden.
In the seasons 2020/21 I Promoted to Regionalliga Südwest and in the season 2021/22 to 3. Liga and now are Promoted the B team also but the issue is the 1.FC Bruchsal II Promoted to Landesliga Schleswig and not to Verbandsliga Baden.
So why are Promoted 1.FC Bruchsal to Landesliga Schleswig. I set Promotions Rules these
and not Landesliga Schleswig.
And now I have a other Question why must the created B team in game play in inaktive not playable league?
Why is it not Possible if the Last league in the end Structure that has no Relegation places because this is the last league in Structure why can't starts the created B team not in these League?
Assuming that under Division levels number 5 Deutschlands Amateurliga would be the last league without relegation places, why can't the created B team start playing there.?.!
