If you are Croatian you know what i am talking about, and i think getting new stadium should be much easier (not sure if things like that can  change in editor/database) and board should agree on that.

A new stadium always looks like common sense, but in case of Dinamo it is quite realistic that you just won't get a new one... like ever

Nope, that's not in my control as far as I know.

Stadium is set to 8/20 which is quite poor. But Dinamo has very good old and new training facilities outside the stadium, the pitches and everything else. Would be extremely unrealistic to put it as poor.

Nice. Good point for all of it, only not sure if any of it is a data issue as the data I inserted doesn't seem to be wrong.

I've set the used capacity to 25k and expected it to be used everywhere. That's the situation in real life. The East stand is still there and the visual stadium capacity is 35k, only not used. So that's indeed very strange and unrealistic.

Could you please lower Ante Rebić's HR to 110? He's not in the NT anymore, he is fight with the FA and the fans and other players don't really fancy him either. He won't get called up anytime soon, if ever.

[HNL player attributes]

1. Mišić is a really good player, and in the game he's set to be among better in Dinamo squad. But his decision making and concentration are quite poor for that level, considering what they mean in the game. He often makes irrational passing choices and delays his decisions to the point that he tends to lose the ball in dangerous situations.

2. Ljubičić has a highly competent grade for a LB/LWB in the game. But he is not a LB and never was in senior football before this year. He will not play it when Dinamo gets a proper LB and is just covering there for now.

3. He hasn't been evaluated completely by Osijek researcher yet obviously. He played 7 minutes of HNL last season. Have in mind that the data is always late compared to real life, but I agree he should probably be better.

4. He's one of the best players at Istra in the game and one of the best Croatian GK prospects. He was plagued by injuries and played only 2 games last season. Give it more time.

5. I really don't see an issue here, even with the stats that you provided. A very decently quick CB and a great player. If you compare his pace to Gvardiol's in reality, you'll see there are probably 2 levels of difference.

Yeah. I've already removed his declared nation so he can be called up to both teams in the game. But until it happens IRL or until he comes to the press himself, it's still not certain.
