Can anyone recommend any quality young players I can get relatively cheaply? Also does anyone know what are the most likely sanctions for breaking FFP as I’m struggling to offload a lot of my squad players to comply with it

Hi As the title states I’m looking for suggestions of young players I can bring from bigger teams academies that I can sign and develop. I’m currently managing Hull on my current save so don’t know if that will have any impact on that. Furthermore I spent a tad too much in the summer and my squad is now too big and I’m wondering if there’s anything I can do to make it easier to offload players and thus comply with FFP. Finally I’ve recently just signed Junior Adamu From Salzburg for £8m seems a decent player but don’t know a lot about him Is he any good?
