Hi, Does anyone have any advice regarding having their B team in the spanish 2nd division as there is a wage cap (Does it the cap increase if my B team stay up this season), also can my C team also make it into a manageable league (I'm managing Bilbao)

Finished my first season in sixth, behind Real Sociadad on goal difference. I had an injury crisis with strikers which lead to me changing to 4-3-3 dm which I will probably stick with next season. In terms of transfers I bought in Odriozola and Jon Guerrero from Madrid and was able to get Herrera on a free after cancelling his loan. I don’t have any transfers in mind at the moment for the summer, also for young player development, what level of working with youngsters should I be looking at for the U19s squad as currently look for staff that are 16 or above (is this too high as it rules out other staff who may have better coaching attributes) also should first team coaching staff be doing coaching assignments for the youth team and B/C team or does this affect their coaching effectiveness.

I was thinking of changing the centre midfields roles to central midfielder (defend) and deep lying playmaker (support) as both players would then hold position. I originally had Neco Williams on support but it led to him getting poor match ratings and little goal involvements. I might try having both the centre midfielders as defensive midfielders as another option with similar roles to those I’ve just mentioned. As per your advice I will start using a technical director/director of football for B/C team staff.

Also do you have any advice when it comes to hiring staff for the B/C team as most staff that the games says are interested by the filtering often want U19s roles and then demand way more money which I can't offer when I change it to the B team role.

It's been a helpful read although I trying to ignore the transfer being made on here so I don't end up copying them. tactics I've seen on here, I went with a 442 to try to ustilise both Raul Garcia and Inaki Williams, it has been brilliant in an attacking sense but pretty bad defensively so I will make some adjustments in break.

Hi, has anyone got any advice for managing Bilbao, I’ve a good start with 19 points after 10 games but does anyone have advice in terms of transfers and setting up scouting as once/if I lose my key players (Both Williams, Muniain and Simon) my results will drop dramatically. (So far Inaki Williams is the top scorer in the top 5 European leagues and is hence wanted by the top clubs) A general guide to the new scouting would also be appreciated.
