Which tactic will you recommend for Benfica, for long-term save ?

After the new update i am thinking of starting a long-term save with the same approach with Ajax or Benfica. @Ö-zil to the Arsenal how do you approach first-team signings? And also how do you handle tutoring in the fm22? Do you promote the youngsters you want to tutor on the first-team squad?
