In my save Real Zaragoza shared their stadium with us (they are 80km away) until our new stadium was finished.
I don't know your situation but there is a stupid rule in FM that won't let you build a new stadium if your current stadium was built less than 25 years ago.

After playing a few months on a new save, I can say the match engine is in the best state it was since I started playing the FM series in 2014. The only problem I noticed is the occurrence of shots from the byline, though I prefer seeing the wide shots than the blocked crosses from FM19. Keep up the good work.
If you manage to fix that, I'll get a tattoo of SI logo.

I tested it on FM19. Gave my B team a reputation of 10000. They never promoted in 4 seasons. I even moved my best youngsters there. I also tried the reloading method many times without success. The way I see it, only teams that are in the next league below the lowest playable league will promote to a playable league. I never managed to get the B team promoted from an unplayable league to another unplayable league.

On FM20 you can't follow the transfer tutorial if you have disabled the first transfer window, so it is changed and I think on FM19 it's the same.

It works as intended, the principle is that you start with the final team after the transfer window in real life. You can sign players on a free or make loans after October-November iirc. I always start with the first transfer window disabled because it adds to the realism.

That's not the issue, it's already understood that B team can't play in the same league and it says so on the affiliated teams' page. The issue is that if you have a B team that plays in an unplayable league, they will not promote ever to a playable league, so to develop players you have to rely on meaningless friendlies and u19 team that plays few games.
