Suddenly, all my staff responsibilities for my youth teams have been taken away. Just before, I tried to terminate the contract of a few terrible coaches that only just joined. I pressed terminate contract, all was good. I press continue, coaches are still there and my responsibilities have been taken away. Currently, looking at responsibilities, all drop downs still show the first team responibilities as normal, U21& U18 just do not exist anymore.

I play with 2 CWB on attack duty. They always cut back or look for a pass inside while it states in their bio that they should cross quite often. In 1.5 seasons with Atalanta, over multiple tactics, my full back simply fail to put in crosses.

I've noticed the amount of penatly misses has been increasing over the last few years. In this FM, I have very good penalty takers and we score about 1 in 5.

I've noticed this was an issue in previous FMs as well. Attacking mindset bring your more than very attacking. Literally no highlights occur, if anything you only get highlights from your opponents being in possession, not even on the counter. In this FM it really seems extreme. I just tried to use it while being 2-0 down, changing things tactically to see if we could create something but very attacking brings nothing. I shift it back to attacking and all of a sudden, we create 3 highlights in little time.

I just had an opponent give some kind of backpass to a keeper, not sure if it was a poor touch, but that should be an indirect freekick to me. Is this not in the game?
