Long time no see to many on the EFL thread! Just accepted the West Brom job in Dec 23, having had two and a half successful years in the Eredivisie. Looked like an interesting challenge, almost impossible! Not quite an EFL save just yet but it won't be long. I'll keep you updated on the Championship rebuild when I fail to turn this side around, beating Derby's 11 points would be a start. I think even they had more than 5 points by the end of December. I feel rather like Paul Jewell
