    I've had probably 6 different staff members now reject my contract offers to stay at their current clubs for a fraction of the same amount of money, sometimes like 1/5 as much... and now I'm out of useful staff options that will even entertain the amount I can offer. So what now? Can't win the ones who want more, can't win the ones who would take less.

    Adjacent to the ongoing issue where unrealistic staff hires are shown in the realistic staff hire search so you have to trudge through 100 offers for 100 staff before finding anyone who is in your affordable ballpark, I'm finding there is a general issue with actually getting enough money to hire anyone. Can you please look into this? No matter how much I beg, and I beg every single time the option becomes available every few weeks, I cannot get my board to allow me to pay more for coaches. I eventually got them to very slightly increase the allowed wage for scouts by ~10k, but it's still in the 30s, which is far lower than smaller clubs pay their staff. So not only can I not get anyone with any ability to take my lowball offers seriously, nor can I correctly sort to find those who would, but when I eventually do find someone who will take my 30-something wage and every bonus I can cram in, they still reject me because they prefer to make only 5k? It's maddening.

    Yes, it did eventually appear, but it still seems like a bug that it took so long and I wasn't able to offer cup bonuses, etc. They should both be appearing at the same time when the season resets.

    I don't understand, who is unable to be registered due to their age? Atalay and Dombaz could play immediately, and Alexandrescu wouldn't join until he's 18 and able to be registered, so this wouldn't seem to apply to any of my targets. Are you saying that players are now coded to routinely reject offers that have them join at a future date for some reason, and Alexandrescu is disinterested in joining my bigger club despite me watching every single one of his games and listing him as a top target simply because the move wouldn't go through until he's 18?

    Oof that's frustrating, but thanks for explaining. To be fair, this does make way more sense from a Turkish national team perspective than how Serie A focuses on players trained in Italy, which includes players ineligible for Gli Azzurri and excludes others who are eligible.

    I just signed an uncapped dual-national for Galatasaray. If he becomes cap-tied for his non-Turkish country midseason, what happens - does he remain not foreign because he was not foreign when I registered him, does he become foreign at the next registration window, or does he become foreign instantly and throw my squad balance completely off midseason?

    I will scout a player for ages and get reasonable knowledge and there's still 0 information for role/duty, which is strange, and red N/As for "other information."

    Seems to be happening again, unless I'm confused. I don't see a report for this match, even though I the responsibility delegated to a staff member. See save galatasaray season 2 iiii.

    I told him I'd bring in a compatriot and a defender because I'd already signed a compatriot defender that was due to arrive. He accepts that I brought in this compatriot but somehow doesn't recognize he's also a defender! I can use the editor to remove his unhappiness but it's really annoying to be penalized otherwise (I'm sure other players will trust me less now due to hidden attribute hits etc.) for no reason and unable to do anything about it...

    Thanks for clarifying! So in my case, I should be able to proceed to the match with Atalay fulfilling the 2nd spot, correct? So in the meantime, I can use the editor to give him the "3 years between 15 and 21" marker, so that the game will let me proceed. It's not 1 year as you say, but there's no option for that.

    Besides the bug causing unrealistic responses, what is the intentional game mechanism for convincing players who want to continue their development elsewhere to join you instead? What actions change their mind? Watching their games, speaking to the press, etc., like usual, or upgrading training facilities, winning trophies, etc.? Obviously not all of that applies in these situations where we are already stronger, but I'm just curious what is *meant* to be happening when applicable.

    Okay, adding the 15-21 club-trained tag fixes it. Can you confirm if, in real life, the Turkish league actually requires the two U23 players have fulfilled 3 years in Turkey between the ages of 15-21, or should a 16 year old from a Turkish system qualify? I assume the latter but want to be sure, because I can't tell what's misleading/confusing wording in the pop-up warning and what's incorrect coding with the actual requirements.

    But then on the squad registration screen he doesn't have either nation trained or club trained tags for some reason...

    I added "trained 3 years before 17" at the club that owns him to Atalay's profile so that he is not just nation trained but officially club trained, and I'm still getting the same error message for some reason and cannot proceed. I canceled his "play for the U19" availability instruction, so the U19 tag went away, and I realized there is no U23 tag, so it seems the issue is that the game is not recognizing this 16 year old player as U23 for some reason. How can I add this with the in-game editor?

    @Kyle Brown Do you think there's any chance of any update on this before the weekend? Just checking in.

    Dombaz is another player that refuses to discuss a contract when his club accepts a transfer offer, which seems to be happening to much across the board, even if him wanting to stay at his current club makes a bit more sense than the other players in the other examples.

    Thanks! Let me know if you find a way I could use the in-game editor to workaround the issue so I can continue this save.

    It seems maybe the disconnect is that Atalay is trained in Turkey, but hasn't been at one particular club long enough to be club trained, so the game doesn't think he is nation trained because he is not club trained? But surely that's not how the rules are meant to be applied?

    I have two U23 homegrown players in the match squad, but the game won't let me play a match because it doesn't think I do, and I can't figure out what the issue is. Can you please help me identify what is causing the problem and how to fix it? Here are the two U23 players who are trained in Turkey: Would either of you know? @Zachary Whyte @Kyle Brown

    I assume that, because it was a bit overpowered before, this was overcorrected this time, but it's gone too far to the point that it doesn't work at all.

    I'm glad it's not just my save - it seems the general consensus is it worked too well before and has been overcorrected into not working at all now. A happy medium would be nice, and it's disappointing that it didn't come in winter update.
