Hi!
In France a lot of nations counts as an EU country. See list below (it's in swedish but I think you understand what I mean). Is it possible to edit this list to add/remove countries?

I'm hoping it's just a dodgy connection, but if the drive has failed, well... I'm doomed! It's too late tonight to take a screwdriver and get the rear case off the laptop but tomorrow could be a very bad day.
Right click windows flag -> disk management. Can you see the disk there? You can choose action -> rescan disks from within disk management if you don't. Might also be that you need to assign the disk a drive letter again from within disk management. But that's if you can see it at all from there ofc.

Hi! I've managed to change the sidebar color on a downloaded skin to the exact green color that my local team play in. However I guess Football Manager uses another green for my team. I'm wondering if it's any easy way to pull the data from FM and have a dynamic value in the xml-file connected to the sidebar. So copy from top bar to the sidebar and write a value so the sidebar understands to use the same kind of green. And if I change save to, say, an orange team the top bar and the sidebar will merge into the same color?

I was thinking to use it for african nations and try a club in Egypt. They have two leagues.
With experience from previous years I think qwert2 focus on just unlock the leagues "as is" from the normal editor. The best would to wait for v2 of AroundTheGlobe by DaveTheEditor as he and his friend Daveincid focus on making Football Manager as realistic as possible. His thread is here:
If you don't want to wait until he has finished v2 my recommendation would be to download Egypt from the Leagues Mega Pack by Timo61 as he actually puts som time in making the leagues as real as possible. Maybe not as careful as DaveTheEditor but the next best out there. I have used TImos packs for some years now and they have always worked fine. His thread is here:
A third option is to search for the league in the Steam Workshop. Sometimes you can find some real good things there. Just read the information attached to the league so you know if the creator focused on just unlocking the league or actually wanted to make it as realistic as possible.

So i started a save where I want to win the top 10 leagues in Europe (except from Russia ofc). Then started with the worst team in the top tier Serbia. Mladost Lučani who were predicted 16th out of 16. I ended up in 3rd place but that's not important. However they had some really good prospects in the team. Remember that this is screens _after_ the first season and they have all been regular starters for me.
- Nikola Jojić is one of the best in the team when you start the save. I played him as a winger on the right side.
- Đorđe Gordić is another promising player. Ajax came and bid for him in January so I guess that says he has a lot of potential. I played him as an Advanced Playmaker most of the time but sometimes as an Inside Forward (At) on the left.
- And what to say about Uroš Sremčević. The guy was a beast for me. Leagues top scorer with 30 goals in 33 starts and just turned 17 at the end of the season. He outscored all players from Red Star and Partizan. I played him as an Advanced Forward and he just couldn't stop scoring.
I have no idea what these players will cost you but they should all be pretty cheap and I think you at least should scout them at the start of your save.

The filter was a long process, using a map of Andalusia I created a search filter to only show players from the area. I started with ensuring the big cities were in there and then added the smaller cities and towns. It was a tedious process but at least it's done now.
I've myself being going through this tedious process in a couple of saves. So i've made a suggestion to add local regions in player search in this thread: https://community.sigames.com/forums/topic/564904-local-region-filter-for-player-search/ Hopefully they will add this feature in a future FM
Nice save btw! I love the Andalusian region. Been to Sevilla twice and Málaga twice with daily field trips to the beach in Huelva, the Alhambra outside Granada and a city tour in Córdoba (including the Cathedral). Málaga is "my team" so been watching a couple of games at the La Rosaleda and also been to Benito Villamarín for a game between Real Betis and Bayer Leverkusen.

Hi!
In the editor you can filter cities after "local region". i.e. Campania in Italy, Andalusia in Spain. I would love to see this filter as a filter in player search in game aswell. I'm going to start a new save with Casertana in Serie D now and only allow myself to sign players born in the Campania-region. Now I must build a massive filter with all the individual cities and use in the player search. It would be easier if the local region option were available. A small thing but would help a lot when searching for players.

Ok. I've not downloaded this but the Japan-file from Around The Globe by Dave. But since I guess it's more people in here that play in Japan I'm gonna ask my question here. Sorry if this is only something that happens in Dave's file.
I don't understand the signing rules
So league rules say this:
- In my head this means I can have 25 players on a wage higher than 4,100. Is this correct?
If so...
- I have now 19 players with a wage higher than 4,100. But I can't sign new players. Selling players doesn't automatically open up a slot either.
So when trying to sign a player this happens:
I can however offer contract to players in Japanese league with this information attached to them:
But I can't find how I can apply a filter in player search for "player exempt from maximum wage".
Is it any way to make signing players in Japan easier? Or do I have to go through the squad list of other Japanese teams and only sign "MWE"-players? And when does a MWE-player become a MWE-player? Is it when a player in your Japanese squad get's a wage rise above 4,100 when already in the club?

I have a situation regarding match plans and I don't know if it's a bug or if i'm stupid because it's my first time using match plans.

So I guess I can't report it as a bug. Therefore I describe my situation here.
I started using match plans and have the following tactics:
Tactic 1: Standard tactic with a lot of team instructions and positive mentality
Tactic 2: "Second half" tactic, a copy of the first tactic with a little less team instructions but still positive mentality
Tactic 3: "Close game" tactic, a copy of the second tactic with a little less team instructions but still positive mentalityI have after this set up following match plan:
When leading with 1+ goal in second half change to "second half" tactic with positive mentality
When leading with 2+ goal in second half change to "close game" tactic with positive mentalityThe bug/unexplainable is when I'm NOT leading during the second half. FM changes the mentality on my standard tactic (which I start the games with) from positive to balanced. Nowhere in any of these three tactics or in any of the match plans I've set up I've chosen to use balanced mentality. I think this is a bug. But since I can't add a new issue I ask here if it sounds like a bug or if it's something I miss out regarding match plans. If it's a bug you can close this thread since I understand you won't fix this on FM'22. But you kan keep this in mind when you start alpha-testing of FM'23.

I'm doing a "Barcelona in chaos" mod where I have done the following things:
* Lowered the morale
* Turned down reputation (between Villarreal and Real Sociedad)
* Lowered the facilities slightly
* Transferban two first years
* Three different loans with a total of 1000 million pound.
* Released Messi, Suarez, Griezmann, Dembele, Pique, ter Stegen, Busquets, Alba, Rakitic, de Jong and Coutinho.
Now to my question: I'm predicted 6th by the media which reflects the reputation set in editor (7th). I also feel that the squad should place somewhere between 6th-14th (hard to say). But the board still wants the team to win the league.
Is there any other way to turn down expectations by the board through the editor than lower the reputation and release the best players?

I wonder if there is a full feature list (especially interested in newly added features) for the Football Manager 2020 Editor in the same way feature lists appear when releasing the game/a new patch for the game? And if, where can I find it?

I often manage teams from the second/third tier in Spain. Especially teams with some kind of history (highly ranked in the All-time league table or so). On FM'20 I think it will be Salamanca since I've had saves recently with teams like Zaragoza, Racing Santander, Málaga, Las Palmas, Rayo Vallecano, Cádiz and Córdoba.0 -
Anyone playing with Parma?
I got relegated first season but since i was above the relegation zone for so long (dropped below on the last match day) I got the keep the job. So now I've rebuilt the squad and halfway through Serie B I'm top of the league.
Ivan Sunjic, Croatian player from Dinamo best signing so far. 600k €uro and did well already in Serie A. before the drop.
Have you got any tips if I restart with Parma later how I should do to avoid relegation first season
