February 2035
I think it's a good time to start looking towards next year. Those player departures are really starting to be felt now.

December 2034
An inexplicable home loss costs us the lead, and now the gap is a full win.

November 2034
A quiet, but disappointing month - we don't like penalty shootouts it seems

October 2034
Briton Ferry look like our bogey team as they knock us out of the League Cup as well. But we finish October in 1st place as they slip in the league.

September 2034
We lose our first league game to top of the table Briton Ferry, before taking out our frustrations on Swansea Uni.

2034 Summer Transfer Window
It's been a while since I've managed a semipro club, and even longer since I had to use transfers with one. I discovered the trial farm a bit too late, but we were able to sign a player to boost the first team. We can't stop everyone else leaving though, that's 2 starters that we lost in Jones and Dede.
We've gotten off to an amazing start too, scoring over 3 a game to go joint top after 7 games.

From the very top of Europe to the near bottom, we're off to Wales!
A slight decline in quality

Where Next?
To decide where to go next, let's take a look at how capital clubs have fared over the last 11 seasons:
Our lone Bundesliga with Union has pushed Germany down to 4th, but the biggest movers in a positive direction were France, Netherlands, Spain and Finland, thanks to PSG, Ajax, Real Madrid and HJK Helsinki. Meanwhile, Ukraine, Slovakia, Poland and Sweden edge closer to being managed by me.
But there are still 3 countries who haven't had their capital win a domestic top division.
Scotland is still dominated by the Old Firm, and I don't feel like interrupting them just yet.
Turkey has seen a bit of a drop in dominance from the Istanbul big 3, as they've only won once in the last 4 seasons.
Wales is still dominated by The New Saints, a club that isn't even technically Welsh.
I think I've made my decision.

We couldn't get it done in the Bundesliga, but after an absolute belter of a Champions League final, we came out on top after a 120th minute header from our superstar Belgian winger. Union Berlin, champions of Europe
But was it enough to complete the German leg of the challenge?
Yep !

That loss to Hoffenheim probably ended our chances of a league title, as we would've been 1 point off top. But the big news is in the Champions League, where we are almost through to the Final provided we don't bottle it in England. Even if we make it to the final and win, this part of the challenge isn't necessarily over. We need to be the most reputable club in Germany before we can leave having hit all of the other targets.

We blew a 3-0 lead over Bayern to annoyingly drop points, but we were stellar in Paris and are now through to the quarter finals for the 2nd straight season.
We're the only non English/Spanish team left, it's a little lonely I like our chances against Liverpool too, we've never lost to them.

We're back to our winning ways in the league, but we're still in 5th. But the big news is in the Champions League, where we got revenge on Milan and head to Paris with a really slim advantage over PSG.

Dortmund end our amazing run, and we drop down the ladder to 5th. But we're only 2 wins off Bayern, wo hopefully teams can slip.
We get arguably the toughest fixture we could, against a Milan team that beat us 4-1 2 seasons ago. I don't have high hopes.

Our incredible run continues, as we rise to 3rd. A far cry from our form early in the season!

A stellar month, and we go storming up the table as a result

We're getting better, but our form in Europe is worrying.

2033 Summer Transfer Window
Just a few standard loans and fringe departures.
I went way too overboard with transfers, as I overestimated the number of German players I needed for the Champions League. Not many of these players are actually going to be used unfortunately, so I'll just show the ones that will. The formation and tactics have changed too, in accordance with my AMs wishes. We are now playing a Vertical Tiki-Taka using a 4-4-2 Diamond. Will it work? Who knows.
Starters
Backups
As soon as the competitive fixtures started our level dropped. Granted, they were tough opponents, but still.
Couple of tough games, but I think we can soldier through.

We split 3-1 results and 4th, our worst result in 3 seasons. Things just didn't go our way, but that's fine. I have a plan to strengthen the squad in many ways, so hopefully it can work.

I sacrificed our Bundesliga chances in the hope of getting something out of the Champions League, but City were too good so everything has backfired massively. Some changes are required I think. Might need to flesh out the squad some more. We definitely have the capacity for it.

Unlucky to miss out on promotion mate, but definitely good signs for next season and beyond as everyone keeps developing

Weird stuff in the Bundesliga, but we have a few injuries and rotation opportunities as we get set for an extended European run again.
We get a very tough draw against Man City, a team we drew 0-0 with in Berlin 6 years ago. Are we better than we were in 2027? Yes, but Man City are most likely as well.

I guess 2nd is the best we can hope for here. Not too shabby considered we were predicted 12th.
