I'm sure you can easily replicate this and find the bug without making your paying customers jump through hoops. In any case, I'm several matches along so whatever file you're talking about is long since overwritten

Come on, this is literally EVERY MLS save. I shouldn't need to do this when all you have to do is load up any save file with MLS and look for yourself

I had this happen to me again, and I saved the file before negotiating. The player was extremely unsure and the promises showed only star player. i added "use club as stepping stone", "play in preferred position", and "give pay raise" and he accepted my promises and I could negotiate.  The player really should demand what he wants to negotiate rather than trying to figure out what'll work

I have the same issues, multiple times. Mostly it happens when a team accepts an offer for their player and the player's interest in your club is "dubious". When you begin negotiations and start with promises, often times they will act as if you're not meeting their "promises" demands even though you don't change anything. typically it is when a player is already dubious about joining and wants to be a star player.

If I delegate control of my U18 or U23 team back to a coach, then the fixtures display. It's only when I take control, will I not see them

Using this, I was able to get both my U23s and U18s teams playing with the primary team's tactic.

 

I've tried that and it still doesn't work. When i'm in a youth team's tactics screen and click on a different tactic, it flashes back to the first tactic. See screenshot where you can see the tactic is selected on direct counter, but the tactical style is the first option, wing play.

I was also not receiving U18 calendar emails, which is why I stopped controlling their training. Has that been reported as a bug?

I am having the same issue with my U18 Team. I'm trying to set their primary tactic to mt 3rd tactic, but everytime i change screens, it reverts back to the tactic in my first slot. 

 

However, on the tactics screen, it's clearly not a 433 DM Wide, but a 523 WB Wide. 

 

I think this has something to do with managing the U18 team by myself. I terminated the previous U18 manager and set up a 523 WB Wide formation. It seems that when you hire a manager after managing the team yourself, the previous tactics are not being overwritten which is causing this weird issue
