Is it best to individual train a player in a specific role (eg: advance forward) or playing position (eg: ST(C))? -
This worked brilliantly with back to back promotions from National league North to league 2 with Buxton and promotion to Championship with Salford. However I am struggling in the Championship, I have found removing counter makes for better build up play and less long balls. Any other tweaks people have found helpful for this excellent tactic?

Sorry I meant that. Which of your 424s is closet in terms of instructions etc or is it a case of me just tweaking Kashmir 451?

This is great thanks, 10 games into the season with Buxton, 7 wins and 3 draws. Which 442 formation is closet to this so I can mix it up a bit ie swapping a midfielder out for a striker?
