I signed a player who was refused WP and there wa no ESC places available in my team however when selling a player who did have a ESC That ESC becam available how do I issue to player who is in limbo

I don’t want them scouted just to say how they r doing

If I save a player to my shortlist for say 6 months how do I actually access my shortlist to view the players thanks in advance
