This exact scenario happened to me, except that’s how the game ended. The other team 0 shots on target but they won the game. unbelievable.

I’m glad you mentioned this observation, because I noticed as well from afar but have pretty much given up my effort of communication in here. I’m glad other people can notice this.

My recent post and this shows that the ME visual is nonsense. I conceded a penalty 3-4 yards outside of the penalty area in the 91st minute. Play on was waved, and VAR called it back, checked it and said the “foul” outside of the D was a penalty. Of course they scored that penalty and I lost the game. I posted the proof. but many will still defend the ME.

It’s insane that this what you have to do, even after all these years since the graphics engine was Introduced. A bit embarrassing actually. As a consumer, quite frankly offensive. But, as one once famously said… “this is the history…”

10-0 is a very extreme scoreline considering I don’t think that’s ever happened in the premier division. And even more extreme at such a low number of rolls. Theres a lot of variables, but assuming you weren’t intentionally trying to “break” the game.

Just “saved & exit” - didn’t bother continuing further after that. I Weren’t really enjoying the game even before this, but after seeing that, just decided enough was enough for me personally and decided to hang up the tactics board on this game.

That far outside of the penalty area? And the fact that it was “checked” retrospectively and justified. It wasn’t even close. If that’s the “representation” of what’s happening “under the hood”, then it actually deems the ME pointless in my honest opinion. it’s not even close.

They’ll only hype up Into infinity with the next release [FM25] too. With all the lies and frankly false marketing, particularly on the last two releases, it’s going to be a cringy watch. You would’ve thought with the apologies and statements they made things would’ve improved, yet they’ve somehow got worse.

Unfortunately, following the disappointing lack of progress since the latest update - Enough is enough for me. 216 hours clocked is an EXTREME all-time low for me. Last year I was sad I could only endure just over 500, 700 the year before. long gone are the days I would easily do well over 1000 hours and enjoy my time. what a sad evening. All good things really do come to an end.

Before I completely meltdown. Can someone confirm that the ME version actually hasn’t changed?…

I’d be lying to myself if I said I was surprised. months I’ve been waiting for this, it would only be right to find out nothings changed.

Which poses a very important question: does ‘Condition’ even have any clear visual indication of slowing down? because to me it’s not very clear or I can’t say I’ve seen a player appear to show physical tiredness, I.e unable to reach top speed/acceleration. To me, I only believe condition indicates their risk of injury. This is even more compounded by the fact that a lot of people are finding extreme success with consistent high pressing tactics.

The problem is, this is just trying to make sense of it and almost making an excuse for the whole situation. If you were the only offer at the time and only offer on the table, it’s the same take it or leave it scenario right? This situation has been in the game for years, with countless players complaining about it. You would think, maybe at this point, a solution would/could be to allow AI players to accept/stall contract offers to possibly wait for other offers to alleviate this, but no. A player may provisionally accept a low contract, in case no other/better offers come in, but are instead forced to make a decision there and then.

Im tired of all the excuses made for this game. A lot of people will have you believe that you are the problem when things like this exist. And when people complain about overachieving, its also their fault for not making the game harder for themselves by nerfing their 'OP' tactics. ANOTHER year of disappointment, and hoping that the game comes good in final patch 1/2 - 3/4 into the real world season.
