In terms of the tactic, I have changed the AMC to a trequartista as I felt the standard wasn't adding much to my team. The changes seem to be working nicely.

Probably been asked a 1000 times and I have probably read it a 1000 but does a more structured team shape mean a player will more closely follow his PI?

Playing this system at Barcelona I would be concerned about what you do with Messi and Neymar. Suarez is perfect for the Complete forward role and one of them could play behind the striker, but if you put them on the wings you may have a problem with work rate.

I have just started a new Barcelona save and looking to use this system as a base to my squad. Going to put Messi in the AMC but during per season and the first 4 games he has gone missing. Would playing him as a AP - A spoil the system?

Im having a nightmare getting my head around all the focus stuff i was just wondering if someone could advise me on my player below and from that im sure il understand alot more! and be able to make many more schedules for myself. Well thats the plan!

I have edited the players PA to 200, just so i can see if i could create a good schedule. His postion is AMC, as you can see he needs to improve in this tec and men attributes.

Here is the schedule i have created for him, reading thur this thread i have clearly lost the plot! and i think im training him to high for his own good! But i wanted to improve his tec attributes. His CA is 136.

Would like for some advise on how to fix this and makes changes to all my other schedules

I have read over and over this thread and i cant get my head around whats going on.

I have been using the the training, i havent seen a great deal of improvement in my players but im going to try prozone tool and hope it helps

Been amazing the results i have had but im now in my 4th season using the tactic and i think AI had clocked how it works!

any tips how to shake things up? keep AI guessing? or just wait till you release a update?
