Can link the KNVB pdf that lists the competitions that have 5 subs, but thats in Dutch. But it entails basicly all Dutch football competitions (and their playoffs), cup competitions (so cup and johan cruijff schaal), including u19 and u21.
Here a dutch article that mentions there being 5 subs throughout NL football in current season (also mentions the cup as example).

So yea..... just checked... Spain, Germany, Italy, NL (and maybe a bunch of other leagues) all have the summer window end at 31st of August ingame (even first season while they closed on 1st sept except NL), meawhile England stays at 1st of September....... Probably should be the same, at least in season after the 1st season..... Or does England stay being an outlier constantly. IRL those leagues had their deadline end at 1st of Sept (possibly only this year), but ingame they are 31st August like NL. So seems like it should at least all be the same?

. England having an extra day each summer window seems weird. The Sept 1st thing applies to all England leagues it seems (and maybe others too?).
Noticed it of course due to Dutch FA making the error to have it close 1 day early this year (31st instead of 1st sept), but it seems ingame except for England they all have that date (at least in the big leagues... Belgium is at sept 6th for some reason) instead of the 1st sept one (that i think was only for this year?) that they had in real life... So NL was right after all hahaha.
English Clubs poaching players after everyone's deadline has closed is... not ideal. They just tried it to me already ingame haha. It looks to be an issue with all English leagues from what i can see.
Can post is in the English leagues issue places as well (since it seems to majorly English league to be the issue), but hope this thread is enough? (edit: ah see its been moved)

Germany has it on 31st of August... So maybe the Premier League actually needs its transfer deadline date to be brought in line with the rest of Europe?????
Here the dates for the next season ingame after holidaying:
NL (Same as Germany)
ends at 31st August 2023 (while should be the same as all other main european leagues)
England
Ends at 1st of September 2023
It should be the same in later seasons i'd say, so England needs to be brought in line with all the others?
Germany and Spain also get the 31st date... So England is actually a outlyer..... Maybe England is the one needing change? It would possibly the only league with it on 1st of Sept.

Blame Ajax, they are the one demanding no staff (except vd Sar and the manager). Doesnt even get filled with the "add staff" option either :(. Been like this the last 2 FM's too

With Ajax in a away match against Utrecht. Both Utrecht home kit and Ajax 3rd kit don't have visible player numbers on the back. Could be the same for Ajax 2nd kit, altho i did see squad numbers for Ajax home kit.

Well same date if thats 1st of sept.... It should be the same as all the other European leagues in future seasons, the first season should be a anomaly.
edit: England seems to be the outlier that now seems to have its Transfer Deadline end 1 day later then most other European leagues. English Clubs poaching players after everyone's deadline has closed is... not ideal.

Not an issue per se, but a observation
Will the summer Transfer Deadline day persists being 1 day (31st August) before all other leagues (due to a FA mistake) persist throughout the game? Or will it be changed to the same date (1st September) as the other leagues (which will be the case in real life, it was just a error once)?
Edit: Germany and spain also have 31st of August.... Seems like England is a outlyer with always 1st sept.... So 1 day later then everyone else....

Extra observations when trying stuff out:
Im noticing in the advance filter that when the "transfer status" filter is ticked and on "not listed" and the "loan status" on "listed", it shows the whole list including non-listed players like i show in the issue. Same ofc in the quick filter with both options, having Loan Status on Listed and Transfer Status also active on Not Listed causes the issue.
If i don't use the transfer list filter (aka not ticked at all), it seems to show all the loan listed players like it should. So it seems to be related to that Transfer Status option being ticked, even if it says "not listed". So instead of "loan listed players that arnt transfer listed", It shows loan listed players AND (all?) players that arnt transfer listed.
Of course could be intended behaviour, but then the "not listed" option makes no sense to include i'd say?

Logged it, put it in this Transfers/Scouting etc. section (although it could be a UI thing, but it involves transfers/scouting). Noticed it happens to both filtering for loan list or transfer list seperately, ticking both boxes produces both lists in 1 search (instead of players that are on both). Anyway put it all in the post below.

Related to this issue (so not making a new report), If u filter in Player Search for "listed for loan" a lot of the players being shown arnt on the loan list at all (at least, doesnt show the icon). Although are loanable like in this post.

Yea it happens to me as well with 100%, so not just above that. But thats probably due to me playing in Windowed (so not using entire height of screen for the page, shows how narrow the margain is of the Player Comparison being removed).

Yea it used to be there as well, its so annoying that its missing. The only way where to see this info now is in the "Squad Depth" screen, and thats an overall squad thing not a tool to see where a individual player "ranks". I really miss the squad comparison being part of the Coach Report :(.
Edit: ive noticed that the comparison is there, but in my windowed screen its completely absent unless i put text size at 95%, which seems weird since the space above it is quite empty... So its a screen space thing/bug it seems like. Its baffling how little difference that 5% text size makes to show more information.....

Blame Ajax, they for the last few years demand it to be it this way. Its coded on purpose that the "add staff" generator wont work for Ajax as well unfortunately. Nothing SI can do in this regard.
